Erasmus+ drop of blood
There is currently a blood supply shortage in hospitals in Slovakia so we as a P. G. Frassati Church Upper Secondary School of Electrotechnics would like to help people in need. It is one of the principles of our school - not only to educate, to cooperate with partner schools in Erasmus+ projects but also to help others. During Erasmus+ days, we will be happy to contribute in this way.

What are we focusing on in the project?
In today's world, no matter what profession we are from, we encounter facts such as digital competences, digital literacy, computational thinking, augmented and virtual reality, deep learning, emotional intelligence, machine learning, cloud technologies, the Internet of Things and big data. By 2025, the division of labour between man and machine is predicted to be 48% human and 52% machinery. Existing professions will be gradually transformed and new professions will appear, with 90% of these professions requiring digital age skills.
The digital transformation of societies and economies means that the competencies of future professions are different from today's ones. In this sense, CSOŠE, as a modern educational institution, wants to prepare and educate its students with these necessary competencies, also thanks to cooperation with other educational institutions at the international level.
Who and in what will we work with?
We will cooperate with five partner secondary schools in Turkey, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Norway and Poland.
In the project, we identified important parts of the digitization process, which we considered as key titles of individual mobilities as follows:
· Digitization and business skills,
· Digitization and educational technologies,
· Digitization and work skills,
· Digitization and special skills for business,
· Digitization and teaching technologies,
· Digitization and culture & the world.
We will also use the eTwinning platform to facilitate contact and exchange of information between students and teachers.
The project is expected to end on September 30, 2022.
